  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in original packaging

  • Jewel Diva does not offer refunds on jewelry purchases.

  • Custom or special-order designs are final sale

  • No refunds or exchanges on custom pieces
     

Return Shipping for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • A valid tracking number is required for all exchange returns

  • Customers must contact us before returning an item to receive approval, instructions, and shipping details
